We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jolie Moi purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Jolie Moi tags still attached before placing them back in the original packaging.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
